    老美的媒体金字塔:合理分配时间

           媒体金字塔的最底层是“娱乐类”,跟食物金字塔中的淀粉类食物一样重要。Leckart建议每天应该花三个半小时放松一下自己,电视或电影一个半小时,还有网上视频(如YouTube等网站)和收音机或网络广播(如Podcast)各一个小时。再上一层是“新闻类”。传统媒体(即报纸、杂志类刊物一个半小时);时事博客(如Digg或Delicious等网站)一个小时,共两个半小时。接下来是“社交类”(如Facebook等网站)一个半小时,和“私人博客类”(如twitter或blogger)一个小时。最顶部的是“游戏类”一个小时。为了身心健康,Leckart建议大家试试Wii Fit——一个集运动和娱乐于一身的新游戏,来代替传统的电脑或线上游戏。
           20世纪70年代的美国很流行一句话,“You are what you eat”, 意思是你吃什么就代表你是什么样的人。套用Steven Leckart的媒体金字塔概念,想想,你都在浏览一些什么网站、看什么电视节目?有没有准确的反映出自己的个性?
